Our Story

Catering with Soul

Levantine has been feeding New York for over a decade, first as a restaurant, then as one of the city's most trusted catering operations, serving hundreds of events, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations every year.

We know how to cook for a crowd. We know how to show up, set up, and deliver, every time, without exception.

Levantine Artisan Stations is our next chapter. After years of guests asking us to bring the energy of our kitchen to their weddings, we built a service designed specifically for it — live Mediterranean stations, fully staffed by our own chefs, crafted in front of your guests.

Our Stations

Shawarma

Slow-roasted meat, warm pita, silky hummus, pickled cabbage, crisp romaine, sumac onions, amba and smooth tahini

Short-rib

Slow-braised tender short rib in a roll, topped with sweet harissa, silky tahini, sumac onions, fresh parsley and crunchy pistachios

Sabich

Crispy fried eggplant with hard-boiled egg in warmed pita. Layered with silky tahini, amba, grated tomato and fresh parsley

Puri pâté

Crispy, golden Puri filled with chicken liver pâté, spiced harissa jam and fresh parsley

Hummus

Silky smooth house-made hummus topped with warm chickpeas and a tahini drizzle, served alongside warm pita

How many guests can you serve?
Our stations are built to scale from 50 guests to 300. For weddings of 300+, we'll talk you through a tailored kitchen plan.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher style and other restrictions are all accommodated.
Do you handle setup and breakdown?
Yes — our crew arrives early and stays through final cleanup. We coordinate directly with your venue and planner.
Will you travel to our venue?
We travel anywhere in NY and NJ. For weddings further afield, ask — we have brought the kitchen on the road for the right couple.
